*Fantasy Festival - Oct. 22nd - Oct. 31st, 2010. Five night
minimum Peak Season Rates. Two night deposit is required
at the time of reservation. Thirty day cancel policy with a
$100 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled at any time
after the reservation is booked.
*X-Mas and New Years Rates 2010- 2011 (Dec. 22nd to Jan. 2nd)
Five night minimum required. Peak season nightly rate plus $30
per night surcharge. No weekly discounts. Two night deposit is
required at the time the reservation is made. Thiry Day cancellation
policy with a $100 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled at any time after the booking is made.
*All other reservations require a two night deposit - Thirty day cancel policy with a $50 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled anytime after booking is made. Rates and minimum stays may vary for Special Events and Holidays.
Other fees include: An additional tax rate of 12.5% will apply. $50 condo association fee per booking. $110 cleaning fee anything less than a five nights stay.
Special events and holidays may have seperate rates.
*At least one guest in the group reserving the condo must be of twenty five years of age or older.
